Foods & Inns is down by about 6 percent. Over the last couple of trading sessions, the stock has gained nearly 48 percent. Most of that on Friday as well as on Monday primarily because veteran investor Radhakishan Damani's Derive Investments bought 4.7 percent stake in the company.
