Info from Licensor: "I apologize for my language, my experience today was extremely unsettling and this individual hasn’t been apprehended as of yet. I’m still in shock over today’s events. My gardener was caught in my backyard completely exposed and doing extremely inappropriate things to himself. He has yet to be arrested so please stay vigilant. Sadly this isn’t his first offense. He goes by the name “Edgar” call 911 immediately if you come in contact with him."
