Thousands of Japanese Women joined a social media campaign against rules for what kind of clothing is acceptable at work. The campaign also rejects expectations that women wear high heels in the workplace. The movement is called #KuToo is a play on the Japanese word 'Kutsu' for shoes and 'Kutsuu' meaning pain.


इस देश में महिलाओं का हाई हील पहनना अनिवार्य है और इसके खिलाफ अब कई हजार की संख्या में महिलाएं विरोध पर उतर आईं है । इन महिलाओं ने साफ किया है कि हाई हील पहनना उनको अनिवार्य नहीं करना चाहिए । इस पर उस देश के स्वास्थ्य और श्रम मंत्री ने उनकी याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है ।
