The Korea Meteorological Administration says the quake happened at around eleven-oh-four AM
It has been classified as a level four quake,... which is usually strong enough to rattle windows.
Emergency authorities received more than 270 reports from those who felt the tremor,... however there have not yet been any reports of injuries or damage.
