Auto component makers fear lakhs of job losses if the auto sector slowdown prolongs. Industry body 'ACMA' blames liquidity crunch, monsoon uncertainty and new insurance norms for the slump. The industry is however pinning its hopes on festive demand and BS VI sales boost, reports Parikshit Luthra. Parikshit also spoke to Ram Venkataramani president of ACMA to understand ACMA’s views.
