The story continues when the party arrive on lonely house in near mountain, we learn that Sabin in here before and he and Vargas, Duncan son, a martial artist. Duncan is Sabin and Vargas master as well as his son. The story continue when they arrive on Mt Kolts summit, Vargas stop the party when he learn that Sabin send them, he attack the party, but eventually being stopped by Sabin, Vargas use Blizzard Fist, send the party flying except Sabin, he then challenge Sabin to duel, but eventually defeated. Story continue again when Sabin decide to join a party to help the world from the empire.

Note : There is a boss fight, will be split into 2 section. 1 against the party : he not that har but be careful by his attack, always heal and use all techniques, the second one against Sabin, in here he killed in one strike, but you need to input right Blitz command, so it like this : Select Blitz, while cursor pointing at Sabin, left, right, left then press A button on your SNES controller.
