Cotabato blast victim provides names of possible suspects

MANILA -- Cotabato City Administrator Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi has provided police with names of possible suspects in last Monday's bombing that killed 8 people. Sayadi, sister of Mayor Japal Guiani Jr., believes she was the target of the attack. Cotabato police are now looking into the information from Sayadi, but refuse to disclose the names.
