Philippines needs P139-B for typhoon recovery

The Philippine government will need an estimated P139 billion for rehabilitation efforts after the onslaught of super typhoon "Yolanda" (international code name Haiyan), the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said Monday.
