Kris, Sweet try dishes at 71 Gramercy

Kris Aquino and John "Sweet" Lapus visited 71 Gramercy in Makati on Thursday's episode of "Kris TV." Located at the 71st floor of The Gramercy Residences condominium, 71 Gramercy is co-owned by television host Raymond Gutierrez. "Right now there's 11 of us [who own 71 Gramercy]," said Gutierrez, the brother of actor Richard Gutierrez and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez. "We open at 6 p.m. for dinner. The lounge area opens at 9 p.m," he added. "We close 'til whenever people are here." Aside from a bar and lounge, 71 Gramercy also has a full restaurant ran by Chef Carlo Miguel, who co-owns the well-known spots Opus, Draft and Beso. Miguel served some of 71 Gramercy's bestselling dishes to Aquino and Lapus such as the Caprese Salad, Mushroom Ravioli, Pork Belly and Scallops and Tornadoes Rossini.
