Stolen truck found riddled with bullets in Taguig

MANILA – A pick-up truck seized by carjackers last month was discovered riddled with bullets in Taguig City on Monday. Taguig City Police said a Mitsubishi Strada was found riddled with bullets in front of The Heritage Park along Bayani Road. Witnesses said they saw two motorcycle-riding men speeding off away from the vehicle. No one was found inside the abandoned vehicle. No blood stain was found on its interior either. Police discovered that the vehicle was owned by Technical Sergeant Pablito Igme. Igme told investigators that the pick-up truck was seized from his wife by armed carjackers in Quezon City last February 3. – report from Dennis Datu, dzMM
