PH can bring up Ayungin encounter before UN - analyst

Manila could make a new case against Beijing over Chinese ships harassing a Philippine vessel in Ayungin Shoal last Saturday. That's according to University of the Philippines (UP) Professor Jay Batongbacal, who said the Philippines could bring up the incident before the United Nations (UN). Batongbacal believes the actions of the Chinese Coast Guard against the Philippine ship could be argued as China's attempt to build an informal blockade in the disputed area.
