3 hurt as SUV crashes into tree in QC

MANILA – Three people were injured after a sports utility vehicle (SUV) crashed into a tree in Tandang Sora, Quezon City past midnight Tuesday. Witnesses said the SUV was speeding when it crashed into the center island tree along Mindanao Avenue. Three passengers of the SUV were badly injured while the vehicle's driver fled the scene after the accident. – report from Jerome Lantin, ABS-CBN News
