Arclad's Top Ten Picks for Newgrounds August 2019 (P1)

Not quite what I had originally planned but due to a severe time limit and a busy work schedule, I had to give up on the old plan of checking out all nominees and decided to instead do a viewing for my Top 10 picks chosen for August 2019.
Hope this makes up for it and if there is a chance of me doing another voting for September then perhaps more will come. We shall see.
In the meantime, I will once again be providing time stamps for each flash I view/play. Let me know what you think in the comments section below.
