NBA game in Shanghai goes ahead amid China's fury over pro-Hong Kong tweet

The Brooklyn Nets played the Los Angeles Lakers in a pre-season game in Shanghai on October 10, but only the fans in attendance were able to see it. Chinese state TV and the popular streaming service Tencent refused to show the game, after a tweet by Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey in support of Hong Kong protesters angered the Chinese government and many Chinese fans.
