An electric scooter lets out around 30 balls of fire while charging in southern China
The dramatic CCTV video, shot in the city of Shantou last Sunday (October 20) evening, shows an electric scooter exploding when it was charging inside a residential building.
The heavy smoke rose up from the scooter and covered the whole corridor. A tenant then put out the fire with a fire extinguisher and no casualties were reported.
