Heart-stopping moment little girl gets up and walks away after falling from moving car in India

This was the heart-stopping moment a three-year-old fell from a moving car but managed to get up and walk away on her own.
The incident occurred at Napoklu town in Coorg in Southern India on October 7.
Eyewitnesses said the three-year-old girl, who was holding two balloons fell off the rear seat of the car after its door accidentally opened. She got up without any apparent injury and began to walk in the direction of the car holding one of the balloons.
The girl’s mother, who was driving the car, realized that the child had gone missing, turned back and fetched her.
Local police said they had not received any complaint of the incident.
“We became aware of the incident a little late. We will trace the driver and caution her to be careful in future,” said an officer.
