Lebanese react to President's promise of a technocratic government

Lebanese people react to President Michel Aoun's speech yesterday coinciding with the 3rd year anniversary of his mandate in which he said the country's next cabinet should include ministers picked on skills, not political affiliation, seemingly endorsing a demand by a two-week-old protest movement for a technocratic government.
