Justice delivery rankings: Maharashtra, Goa top the list

Maharashtra has emerged as the top state to have a better justice delivery systems, according to the India Justice Report published by Tata Trust. This is the first ever ranking of India's states and union territories based on the delivery of justice. CNBC-TV18’s Ashmit Kumar has the key findings in this report.
