A nine-year-old boy from Belgium is set to become the world's youngest ever university graduate. Laurent Simons - who is originally from Ostend - is studying for an electrical engineering degree in the Netherlands. If all goes to plan - he'll graduate next month. The BBC's Tim Allman has the story.
