SOULCALIBUR VI Season 2 Short Combo Video

This took about a week to make. High resolution encoding is tiring, but it gives the best presentation results.

Even though I've been mildly underwhelmed with most of the new moves in season 2, I'll still try my best to get the best of what they're capable of.

My opinion with the new moves being used in this video.

Kilik:
- While rising B+K. Apparently his fastest launcher available. It's so fast that I can follow it up after a wall hit 6AA because his other launchers are not capable of doing so.
- 66kB. It's a really good move when used during his normal state combos because of the high damage, but it's not really viable when used in his Soul Charge combos because 66B+K can get the job done- it has almost equally the same damage and is a lot easier to do because of not having a slide input. Both moves can be followed up with the same attacks to finish the combo. And in my opinion, it has one of the worst Lethal Hit in the game. I'll demonstrate & explain that one later.
- Monument 4B. This is actually an old move from Soul Calibur IV that has returned in this game, and got better. It has a Lethal Hit property can be be followed up with 18f moves or faster like 6B and 4K.

Xianghua:
236A+B+K (Soul Attack). Her Soul Attack is arguably one of the best in the game because the A extension gives a stun that has a longer duration than 4AA, and it can be cancelled with her Xia Sheng.

Seong Mi-Na:
Soul Attack. As far as I know, her Soul Attack gives guaranteed grounded hit follow up which her many other grounded hit moves cannot. Take a look at her BBB for example, the only guaranteed move you can follow up with it is her generic 2K, but since her Soul Attack has about the same speed as 2K, you can use it to follow up with it.
236B,A. To be honest, I'm not very impressed with this move. The really like the animation, but its wall carry is very inconsistent. It doesn't seem like a good replacement for her old 66B+K (held) then follow it up with a wall carry that has an aerial spin hit property.
236B,B. I like this one. It's a really good move because of its stronger extension. When you hold the second B after a 236B Lethal Hit, it gives a long grounded stun, which you can follow up with any grounded hit move.

Maxi:
Right Cross A+B. This was his old 66A from Soul Calibur IV, and I'm kinda disappointed to be honest. You cannot connect with his after CH 4B and not even his famous Left Outer AA.

Jewel of the Deep (Behind Lower A+B). His best new move so far. Not only does it look flashy, that damage is really good. Plus, it automatically transitions to Right Outer, which means you can follow it up with Star Gale as his best option.

Mitsurugi:
Shura 66BBB. It's a nice move that works best in corners when you use it to finish a combo. Though, I wouldn't say it's a great replacement for his B+K:B because the damage is not a huge difference, and it's only available in Shura state. And it gives more frame advantage than B+K:B (just a bit, though)
