The heartwarming moment is captured when a grandfather in Ventura, California reunited with a dog he once called a "fleabag."
"My grandpa Donovan raised me but never allowed me to get a dog as a kid. His motto: I ain’t takin’ care of no fleabags! During college — still living at home — I impulsively adopted a dog. They fell love and became BFFs. Now that I live in a different state, he pays for her to fly out with me to visit," said Crista Tappan, his granddaughter of the adorable moment from December 5.
