Hailfire Peaks is probably the coolest stage in Banjo-Tooie (in my opinion). I mean, a world half covered in ice, half in fire and lava. It's unbelievably epic. And of course, The one and only Grant Kirkhope created a theme even more epic than the world itself. I tried to arrange it as a semi-medley type deal, including both the fire side, icy side and boss battle themes.

A big thanks to my buddy Erik Thiderman who let me borrow his Squier! It actully sounds really brutal, especially in lower tunings.

I've been including my own favorite music styles more in my covers lately, I hope that doesn't bother anyone.

Also, I'm sorry for using a bunch of cheesy keyboard stock sounds, I wanted to keep part of the MIDI sound on parts. Personally I think the effect is quite fabulous. :)

As usual, I appreciate any and all mixing and mastering tips. I'm not all that good at it. Thanks for your time and I hope you'll appreciate my take on this piece!
