Visibility was low in Iceland's Reykjavik due to blizzard conditions as winter reasserts itself on April 4.
Local photographer Halldor Sigurdsson captured this footage as cold arctic air from the north met moisture-laden air from the south causing this blizzard with whiteout conditions on the roads. The temperature was minus 4 Celsius and road conditions were treacherous.
