Iran's 'Human Error' Claims 176 Lives, Here's Report

After getting pressure from the world community, Iran has confessed that the Ukrainian airliner was shot down as a mistake by it. Iran's President Hassan Rouhani and foreign minister Javad Zarif called it a 'human mistake'.
