iPod Not Syncing Photos and Podcasts Fix

So here is a follow up video of some sorts to my video on enabling Music syncing on iPods using iTunes. Here is the first video: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7ts8nd
This video looks at making sure iPods sync Podcasts, Photos and some other media in iTunes, which for some people is disabled. I was hoping to listen to some podcasts but found my iPod wasn't syncing them, its fixed now, and here is the solution.
