Gajendra Singh Shekhawat: States not cooperating with centre

Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat participate in the E-Agenda Aaj Tak event. He said migrant workers are forced to walk because states governments failed to deliver. States government were allowed to ferry migrant labours through buses, but they failed to take quick actions.
