Zoom App बैन करने की याचिका पर Supreme Court ने Central Govt.को भेजा नोटिस | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Central Government on a petition seeking to ban the American video conferencing app 'Zoom' in India. The Supreme Court has sought answers from the Center on the matter within four weeks. Also, the Supreme Court has sent a notice to Zoom. The PIL filed on Wednesday cites the right of privacy behind the demand to ban the Zoom app. The petition said that the court should direct a proper law on the use of zoom at the government and individual level and the use of this app should be stopped until a detailed investigation is conducted.

अमेरिकी वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग ऐप 'जूम' को भारत में प्रतिबंधित करने की मांग की एक याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र से चार हफ्ते के भीतर मामले पर जवाब मांगा हैं। साथ ही जूम को भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नोटिस भेजा है।बुधवार को दायर जनहित याचिका में जूम ऐप को प्रतिबंधित करने की मांग के पीछे निजता के अधिकार का हवाला दिया गया है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि शासकीय और व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर जूम के इस्तेमाल को लेकर कोर्ट एक उचित कानून बनाने का निर्देश दे और जब तक विस्तृत जांच नहीं हो जाती इस ऐप के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगनी चाहिए।
