Squat Hub Lifting Work

Using a YORK 2nd Gen 45 that's been welded around the Hub. The weld was to repair a crack around the base of the Hub which is common with these plates. The weld keeps me from getting a deeper set with my grip effectively making the useable portion shallower.
Though the workout hard started slowly and the hands just didn't want to seem to grip ANYTHING tonight, I kept on and even though I suffered a slight injury, I wound up Hub Snatch this plate from a Squat position for the FIRST TIME right AND left! Hallelujah!! I just love how training can be this much fun!! God Bless
