Repairing Cracked Tile

️ This was a problem for me. A simple crack in a tile which looked horrible. I tried searching around and found this simple tool. Comes in a range of colours to match the tile of choice. Was able to pick a number of resins to combine together to perfectly colour match. The resin is heated using a simple solder which is powered by 2 AA batteries. The resin is heated into the crack. This is still soft for a while so had to wait a few minutes. Once hard it is ready to scrape flush. This is supplied with the kit. Next step is to lacker to seal the resin. If this is not done there may be discolouration. Finally after dried overnight this is followed by a round of sanding with 1000 to 3000 grit paper. A final round of polishing finishes it off.

All in all very happy.
