Celebrate local Korean War veteran's 90th birthday with a drive-by parade

The folks at Honor Flight Kern County won't be returning to our nation's capital until next spring, but they're keeping busy by keeping our local veterans active. Tuesday afternoon, they organized a drive-by birthday parade for a local Korean War vet.
