Rain lashes parts of Delhi, streets waterlogged

Major traffic snarls reported from across Delhi-NCR after early morning showers lead to waterlogged roads. Meteorological Department warns of more rainfall today in Delhi and suburbs of Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad. Vehicles submerged in water at Zakhira underpass in Delhi.
