PKR assemblyman Dr Norlela Ariffin has praised the Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) MRT project and taken a swipe at the Penang Transport Master Plan or PTMP.

In the 3 minutes 43 seconds Facebook live broadcast, Penanti assemblyman Dr Norlela Ariffin compared the construction cost with the projected cost of the PTMP's light rail transit (LRT) plan.
