Siaya County Government Is Working On Modalities To Fund The Cooperative Movement In Order To Spur Economic Growth In The County. Area Deputy Governor, Dr. James Okumbe Says The County Government Has Forwarded To The Assembly The Cooperative Development Fund Bill That If Passed, Will Enable The County To Give Loans Directly To Registered Saccos In The Area.
