A Chinese dream housing project which was built with the goal of achieving an eco-paradise has turned into a scene from some apocalyptic movie. Each flat in Chengdu's Qiyi City Forest Garden project was designed with space for plants to grow. The hanging garden homes were sold by this year but none of the tenants have moved in because the project has been infested by mosquitoes!
