Call for schools in Eastern and Southern Africa to reopen

UNICEF is calling on governments across Eastern and Southern Africa to urgently reopen schools. The agency says millions of children are not getting any form of learning. 13 out of 21 countries in the region have already resumed classes. UNICEF's James Elder discusses this further.
