As .: In the Guemes Sanatorium, the team led by the heart surgeon Rene Favaloro performed a double transplant at dawn, one of them has had the value within the operation called "Domino" because it was the first time in Argentina that performed in block the transplant of the heart with the two lungs to a first patient who then donated his heart to a second recipient.
