Hong Kong murder suspect Chan to return to Taiwan

In a voice recording released to media on October 2, 2020, Hong Kong murder suspect Chan Tong-kai said he's preparing to return to Taiwan later this month to face charges. Chan is accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend Poon Hiu-wing in Taiwan in February 2018 before fleeing back to Hong Kong.
