LSPDFR Short - Stolen Car Pursuit

While on patrol in Paleto Bay, I was about to stop and check on a semi truck on the side of the road, until a car passed me at a high rate of speed. We were finally able to get the car stopped and the driver taken into custody at the Sandy Shores exit.
Myself being from Louisiana and being unfamiliar with California's penal/radio codes, I didn't realize that it was a stolen car until I edited the video and searched online for what a PC503 is. But now I know that a PC503 is the same thing we call a Signal 67A in Louisiana.
