The IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah declared a new law for those who preferred second marriage. The verdict was made on July 07, 2019 Sunday. In 12-page written documentation, Islamabad High Court's judge announced a decision according to which it is not enough to take permission only from wife but it is compulsory for a man to ask arbitration council for the second marriage. The magistrate announced 11 months prison and hefty amount as a fine for those who try to deceive in this matter.
