भींडी (Okra/Lady Finger): 250 (Grams)
नमक (Salt):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
लाल मीरच पाउडर (Red chilli powder):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
अदरक-लहसून की पेसट (Ginger-Garlic paste):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
अजवाइन (Ajwain/carom seeds):¼ छोटी चमच (tsp)
चावल का आटा (Rice flour):3 बड़ा चमच (tbsp)
बेसन (Besan/Gram flour):3 बड़ा चमच (tbsp)
मकई का आटा (Corn flour):3 बड़ा चमच (tbsp)
तेल (oil)
