Mkhize says the COVID-19 situation is frightening

Health Minister Zweli Mkhize is imploring people to abide by COVID-19 regulations. Members of the National Coronavirus Command Council gave details earlier on the stricter level three restrictions. Mkhize says private hospitals are already full and government facilities are following suit. He says the situation is frightening. Courtesy #DStv403
