Smashed avocado bread with poached egg

Recipe in English
Ingredients:
Egg : as required or 1 (room temperature)
Bread any choice of yours : as required or 1 slice
Avocado : 1/2
Butter : 2 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Vinegar : 1 tbs
Salt & red chilli flakes : as to taste
Directions:
Bring a deep pot of water to the boil, add the vinegar and a salt.
Crack an egg carefully into a cup, then gently pour the egg into the water
allow to cook for 2 minutes turn off flame cover the pot with lid and steam cook for 2-3 minutes for a medium poached egg.
To prepare the toast, simply choose your favorite bread (whole grain,brown or white bread)spread butter on both sides and toast it on skillet or bake in oven. Mash the avocado ,
Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place on the paper towel,spread the mashed avocado on the toast and top with a poached egg, sprinkle salt and red chilli flakes Serve immediately.
Tips;
(1)
The poached eggs can be prepped in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Heat in microwave for 30-60 seconds or until heated through.

Store the smashed avocado in airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. To keep the mashed avocado from browning, top with a thin layer of water; before using, drain the water off and stir the mashed avocado. Assemble toasts just before eating.

Can be cook directly without steam cook 3-4 minutes for a soft, 4-6 minutes for medium and 6-8 minutes for a hard-poached egg.

Eggs should be room temperature if using cold eggs then just place them in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes.
