Need of economical insulated sheets forced “Bansal Roofing Products Limited” to develop composite sheets which gives good insulation under the deck.
Chemically Cross-linked Polyethylene Foam insulation (XLPE) is used for under deck/under roof insulation for application in any building, industry, for thermal & acoustic insulation which confirms Class 1 for surface spread flame characteristics and Class O for fire propagation.
XLPE sheet is pasted on back side of the roof with help of Adhesives solution. The silver look give good aesthetic and insulation under the deck.
