U.S. Airmen, with Special Operations Forces Medical Element, 18th Wing, and #Marines with U.S. Marine Corps Force Recon Company, conduct a casualty evacuation drill at Ie Shima, Japan, Oct. 8, 2020. The #airmen conducted various #military operations on casualties until transported to the U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, in support of exercise Noble Fury 21.
