A San Pedro man who has long been considered a person of interest in the 1996 disappearance of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo student Kristin Smart was arrested on suspicion of murder in her death, authorities announced Tuesday. Chip Yost reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on April 13, 2021.
