Fred Ngatia On Hot Seat As He Rules Out Ties With Pres Kenyatta

Lawyer Fredrick Ngatia has told off judicial service commission panel about alleged working relationship with the executive having represented President Uhuru Kenyatta twice in the presidential petitions as the lead counsel. Ngatia while being interviewed for the position of chief justice defended his role as Kenyatta’s lead lawyer reaffirmed to the commission that it does not in any way affect the independence of the judiciary should he ascend to the position of CJ.
