ऑक्सीजन मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में गुरुवार को भी सुनवाई हुई. इस दौरान SC ने केंद्र सरकार के ऑक्सीज़न के बफर स्टॉक को लेकर सवाल उठाया. अदालत ने कहा कि ज़्यादातर अस्पताल SOS कॉल दे रहे हैं कि उनके यहां एक घंटे या दो घण्टे की ऑक्सीज़न बची हुई है. ऑक्सीज़न के बफर स्टॉक को सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए.पिछले आदेश में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बफर स्टॉक बनाने को कहा था उसको लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने क्या किया.देखें वीडियो
