Police Officer impregnates prisoner

Correctional Services has lodged a rape complaint against a male official in KwaZulu-Natal, who allegedly had sex with an inmate. The department says it has done so because the inmate was in a vulnerable position and as such it's not certain that the sex was consensual. The official is still undergoing a disciplinary process. In another incident, Correctional Services National Commissioner Arthur Fraser says a police officer has allegedly impregnated an awaiting-trial prisoner. Courtesy #DStv403
