Black fungus patients required 40 to 60 amphotericin

Demand for antifungal drug 'Amphotericin B' has spiked in recent weeks owing to an increase in cases of mucormycosis, also known as black fungus, a rare infection seen in patients who are on medication for Covid-19 or recovered from it. States have begun to panic as the number of black fungus cases is rising slowly but steadily across the country. The patients suffering from this disease required 40 to 60 injections.
