1st Symposium on Space Science __ Inauguration

The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) and the Space Foundation held the First International Symposium on Space Science: Importance, Challenges, and Emerging Opportunities in the Space Industry and Islamic World was held under the theme “Building tomorrow’s innovators.”

Special Guests, including ministers and scientists, delivered captivating addresses during the inaugural session of ICESCO’s Symposium. Dr Salim M. AlMalik, ICESCO Director General, and Mr Thomas E. Zelibor, Rear Admiral, USN (Ret.) Chief Executive Officer, Space Foundation, delivered their respective opening remarks, while Prof. Driss Ouaouicha, Minister Delegate in charge of Higher Education and Scientific Research, H.E. Dr Fawad Hussain Chaudhry Federal Minister of information and Broadcasting, in Pakistan, and Cheick Modibo Diarra, Chairman of ALN delivered their remarks as special guests.
